We founded RebelGTM in 2016 to fill the gap in GTM talent for emerging companies. We fuel double- or triple-digit growth for our B2B technology clients with GTM expertise, “drop in” functional teams, proven practices and operational execution.

Our team brings over 200 man-years of successful experience to provide clients with expertise in all aspects of go to market – from strategies for product-lead growth, to creating a stand-out website, to optimizing sales operations,  and improving customer advocacy.

Executive Team

Holly Roland

CEO and Founder

Holly Roland has fueled business growth for Silicon Valley companies as a strategy, marketing, and product executive for over 20 years. As the founder and CEO of RebelGTM, Holly has built a reputation as a thought leader in category creation and go-to-market strategy. With her expertise, she has helped numerous companies achieve double- or triple-digit growth in their respective markets.

She led global teams at SaaS providers like SAP and Oracle, where she designed software solutions, and developed strategies for products, go-to-market, communications, and customer success. While at SAP, Holly was honored as a Top 100 Leader in Finance – Technology. She also a published author in various business periodicals and co-authored a book about compliance technology.

In 2016, Holly launched Rebel GTM with a mission to help emerging companies accelerate their revenue growth. The Rebel GTM team has worked with a variety of companies, from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 companies.

Holly also serves as an Operating Partner to Cota Capital, where she advises start up companies on GTM strategies and reports plans and results to the board of directors.

Holly is also an author in various business periodicals and has published a book about compliance technology. She was honored to be selected as 100 Most Influential People in Finance – Technology, Treasury & Risk Magazine.

Nick Sarles

Principal - Office of Revenue

Nick is a data-driven leader with a process-oriented mindset.  He is experienced in developing sales, marketing, and customer success GTM growth plans. He is a leader focused on defining repeatable processes and methodologies to create sustainable revenue growth. 

He has developed and aligned GTM growth plans for many high growth software companies.   Most recently he served as Chief Revenue Officer for WorkSpan where he developed the GTM and oversaw all revenue-generating activities across the company. Under his leadership WorkSpan consistently achieved over 100% YoY Growth.  

Prior to WorkSpan, Nick was Vice President of North American Sales for Alteryx. Under his leadership, he grew the sales force by 5X, grew the customer base by 10X, and delivered a new software category of analytics technology to all customer segments and verticals. He grew the business to $100MM. Alteryx had a successful IPO in 2017.

Nick is now focused on embedded iGTM functional roles in Sales, Marketing and Customer Success.  He can take on many roles in a fractional capability.  Most recently he has served as iCRO and iChief of Staff to multiple high growth software companies.  He leverages his operational experience, and a proven framework for assessing GTM readiness, to develop and execute GTM growth plans, provide asset and enablement development, and execute organizational restructuring to support the GTM.

Keith Lam

Principal - Marketing

Keith is a startup B2B marketing expert and mentor. His experiences include marketing leadership roles in AI/ML, CX, ERP, Fintech, Hardware, Semiconductor, and Supply Chain industries. With an engineering background, he loves to delve into the product, technology, and markets to find the gems that create unique messaging and positioning.

Keith has started four product marketing departments from scratch and ran two startup marketing departments including leadership roles at Deepgram, Epicor,, Lumasense, and Yapstone. Creating order from chaos is his specialty, including putting strategy and processes in place for product releases, content creation, PR and AR engagement, and sales enablement.

He can be your fractional leader in creating and implementing your product or solution marketing and sales enablement functions.

Thom Theriault


Thom is a serial entrepreneur with over a dozen successful product and company launches in the fields of Uber-like services, healthcare, consumer goods, entertainment and business solutions.

He is an expert in the field of user experience design, software development and marketing. He has served in the US Navy and in senior executive capacities combining innovation, marketing, engineering leadership and program delivery.

Thom has 6 patents covering user interface design, television advertising, enterprise architecture and security.

Mark Dingman


Mark leads all client-facing projects and applications including graphic design, user interface and user experience. As an accomplished designer, artist, and user experience expert with an extensive print design background, he has held several leadership positions in marketing, architecture, consumer publications and enterprise application development companies.

Mark has several patents covering user interface design and television advertising.
